Most BPOs sell cheaper headcount. I built ABP on a different premise: that the real cost to a professional services firm isn't the salary bill — it's the cognitive load on the principal. Solve that, and the economics take care of themselves.
That insight came from years in financial services — beginning at RR Donnelley, then HSBC Global Banking, before founding Astute Business Partners. ABP now serves practices across Australia and New Zealand, built on a consulting-led model that prioritises outcomes over outputs.
I hold an MBA in Strategic Finance and Chartered MCSI status (CISI UK). I work with a small number of firms directly on strategy, financial analysis, and AI adoption — and I also build AI-powered tools and applications. This site was built with AI.
